The BYBT is a youth entrepreneurship development organization which provides the much needed service of turning good ideas into good businesses. Applicants who have a viable business plan, but have been unsuccessful in raising the start up capital elsewhere, are eligible to receive assistance to get their business started. The Trust also provides marketing and sales opportunities, including subsidized space at exhibitions, informing young entrepreneurs about training opportunities, providing grants for marketing research, educational and go and see opportunities. Outreach BYBT has come in contact with approximately 10, 000 young unemployed persons over the years, sensitizing them to entrepreneurship as a career option.
